| South–South Cooperation is opening new pathways for long-term agricultural investment between developing countries. In 2025, Xuan Thien Group officially commenced construction of the Agrostars Industrial Complex in Cuanza Sul Province, Angola, with a total investment of up to US$672 million. The investment is supported by a large-scale raw material development strategy, including 500,000 hectares of cassava cultivation and 100,000 hectares of eucalyptus plantations. | Quan trọng hơn, đó là quá trình tạo dựng sinh kế bền vững, nâng cao năng lực địa phương và xây dựng niềm tin hợp tác lâu dài giữa các quốc gia. Với tinh thần đó, tháng 9/2025, Bộ Nông nghiệp và Môi trường đã thành lập Nhóm công tác Hợp tác Nam – Nam trong lĩnh vực nông nghiệp.
