The live pig market in the North remains unchanged compared to yesterday. This week, prices in the North continue to decline.
Specifically, only Hung Yen, Hai Duong, and Thai Nguyen maintain the price at VND 63,000/kg.
Meanwhile, the live pig prices in Phu Tho have dropped by VND 2,000, trading at VND 62,000/kg.
Other areas saw a slight decrease of VND 1,000, with prices ranging from VND 61,000 to VND 63,000/kg.
Thus, on November 24, 2024, live pig prices in the North are trading between VND 61,000 and VND 63,000/kg.
The live pig market in the Central and Central Highlands regions remains unchanged compared to yesterday. This week, prices in these regions have fluctuated in opposite directions.
Specifically, after an increase of VND 1,000, traders in Binh Thuan are buying at VND 61,000/kg.
Meanwhile, in Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, and Ha Tinh, prices have dropped by VND 1,000, trading at VND 61,000/kg; Ha Tinh saw the sharpest decrease of VND 2,000, with prices still at VND 60,000/kg.
Prices in other regions have remained unchanged compared to last week.
Thus, on November 24, 2024, live pig prices in the Central and Central Highlands regions are trading around VND 60,000 - 61,000/kg.
The live pig market in the South remains stable compared to yesterday. This week, prices in the South have surged significantly.
Specifically, Kien Giang saw the largest increase, rising by VND 3,000 to reach VND 63,000/kg. This is also the price in Long An and An Giang after increasing by VND 1,000 and VND 2,000, respectively.
After an increase of VND 2,000, the price of pigs in Dong Nai, Binh Duong, and Hau Giang has reached VND 62,000/kg.
Other regions such as Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Tay Ninh, Vinh Long, Bac Lieu, and Tra Vinh have all increased slightly by VND 1,000.
Thus, as of November 24, 2024, live pig prices in the South are trading between VND 60,000 and VND 63,000/kg.
