Coffee prices on June 25 globally

On the global market, coffee prices on the London and New York exchanges rose sharply on June 25, 2026.

Robusta prices on the London exchange for July 2026 delivery surged by $ 127/ton (+3.55%) to $ 3,707/ton. The September 2026 contract edged up by $ 49/ton (+1.38%) to $ 3,605/ton.

On the New York exchange, Arabica prices for July 2026 delivery rose sharply by 3.6 US cents/lb (+1.25%) to 291.55 US cents/lb. The September 2026 contract increased by 1.25 US cents/lb (+0.45%) to 277.20 US cents/lb.

Global coffee prices remained positive, with Arabica extending gains for a second consecutive session and Robusta rebounding strongly.

Arabica prices climbed to their highest level in six weeks as unfavorable weather in Brazil raised concerns over short-term supply. According to Reuters, prolonged rainfall in the world’s largest coffee-producing country has not only slowed harvest progress but also affected bean quality.

Cooxupe said that as of June 19, its member farmers had harvested only 20.1% of the 2026 crop, well below 24.3% recorded during the same period last year. Meanwhile, weather agency Climatempo forecast that southern Brazil would continue receiving more than 50 mm of rainfall this week due to a new cold front, creating further obstacles for harvesting and increasing the risk of quality deterioration.

In addition to weather factors, coffee prices were also supported by tight physical supply. Trading company Sucafina said price differentials for high-quality Arabica remained wide, showing that buyers were willing to pay premiums to secure supply as farmers limited sales. At the same time, ICE-certified Arabica inventories fell to 388,956 bags, the lowest level in more than two years. Robusta inventories, although recovering slightly recently, remained near historically low levels.

According to Bloomberg, the market is witnessing a paradox: although Brazil is forecast to produce a record crop of around 75.3 million bags this season, actual supply has not improved because farmers are in no rush to sell. After coffee prices rose sharply in recent years, many producers are in a stronger financial position and are under less pressure to sell early. This keeps short-term supply tight despite expectations of a bumper crop, continuing to support higher global coffee prices.

In Vietnam, domestic coffee prices on June 25, 2026 rebounded compared with yesterday.

In Lam Dong Province, Di Linh, Bao Loc, and Lam Ha were all trading at VND 89,000/kg.

In Dak Lak Province, coffee in Cu M'gar was purchased at VND 89,400/kg, while Ea H'leo and Buon Ho traded at VND 89,300/kg.

In Dak Nong (Lam Dong Province), traders in Gia Nghia and Dak R'lap quoted prices at VND 89,500/kg and VND 89,400/kg, respectively.

In Gia Lai Province, Chu Prong traded at VND 89,400/kg, while Pleiku and La Grai remained at VND 89,300/kg.

Coffee prices in Kon Tum (Quang Ngai Province) were quoted at VND 89,300/kg.
