Globally, coffee prices on both the London and New York exchanges rebounded on July 17, 2025.
On the London exchange, Robusta coffee for September 2025 delivery rose slightly by $ 19 (equivalent to 0.56%), reaching $ 3,427/ton. The November 2025 contract increased by $ 37 (equivalent to 1.1%), settling at $ 3,396/ton.
On the New York exchange, Arabica coffee for September 2025 delivery surged by 11.1 cents (equivalent to 3.73%), returning to 308.45 cents/lb. The December 2025 contract also climbed by 10.65 cents (equivalent to 3.67%), reaching 300.90 cents/lb.

Specifically, Arabica exports fell by 27%, while Robusta exports declined by 42%. For the 2024–2025 crop year, Brazil’s total green coffee exports fell by 5.4% to 41.38 million bags, but total revenue reached a record high of $14.7 billion.

Robusta prices saw a slight increase as the U.S. reached a trade agreement with Indonesia, lowering tariffs to 19%. Indonesia—a major Robusta supplier—exported 726,000 bags of green coffee to the U.S. between March 2024 and February 2025. The U.S., the world’s largest coffee consumer, imports nearly all of this volume, with annual consumption exceeding 25 million bags.
Thus, global coffee prices on July 17, 2025, rose across the board compared to yesterday.
In Vietnam, domestic coffee prices also rebounded today compared to the previous session.
Specifically, in Lam Dong Province, the areas of Di Linh, Bao Loc, and Lam Ha are all trading at VND 91,700/kg.
In Dak Lak Province, Cu M'gar is currently purchasing coffee at VND 92,100/kg. Meanwhile, Ea H'leo and Buon Ho are trading at VND 92,000/kg.
In Dak Nong (Lam Dong Province), traders in Gia Nghia and Dak R'lap are buying at VND 92,300/kg and VND 92,200/kg, respectively.
In Gia Lai Province, Chu Prong is trading at VND 92,100/kg, while Pleiku and La Grai are holding steady at VND 92,000/kg.
The purchase price in Kon Tum (Quang Ngai Province) today is also VND 92,000/kg.
Domestic coffee prices today rose by VND 500–600, bringing the commodity back to the VND 92,000/kg level.
