According to the organizing committee, this year's theme, "Dairy Value Chain: Innovation and Sustainable Development", accurately reflects the prevailing trends and urgent requirements of the sector amid rising consumer demand for food safety, product quality, and traceability. Viet Nam's dairy industry has recorded commendable progress in recent years, yet continues to face significant challenges related to quality standards, food safety assurance, effective traceability systems, and long-term development pressures. Against this backdrop, the consolidation of three specialized exhibitions into a single unified event series is expected to create a comprehensive connectivity platform, drive technology transfer, strengthen competitiveness, and increase value across the entire industry.

The organizers also emphasized the pivotal role of technology, particularly digital transformation, in improving production and management efficiency. Solutions such as smart manufacturing, automation, data management, and traceability are emerging as key enablers helping enterprises improve transparency, strengthen food safety controls, build consumer trust, and reduce environmental impact. Through exhibition activities, workshops, and trade engagement, the event aims to raise public awareness of product quality, encourage enterprises to disclose information more transparently, and contribute to the development of a healthier market.

Alongside familiar Nestle MILO products, Nestle Health Science introduced its science-based nutritional offerings, including Nutren Junior, a medical nutritional food for children aged 1 to 10, and Boost Optimum, a supplement that provides balanced nutrition for older adults.

As part of the event program, Nestle Viet Nam also participated in a specialized workshop, presenting a paper titled "Application of Science, Technology, and Digital Transformation in the Dairy Industry," in which the company shared its experience implementing technology across the entire value chain.

Nestle Viet Nam is currently rolling out comprehensive digital transformation across marketing, sales, manufacturing, and supply chain operations, with the goal of optimizing performance and enhancing consumer experience. In the manufacturing domain, the company is accelerating digitization toward a smart factory model, delivering higher labor productivity, optimized efficiency, and improved product quality.

The company has implemented a range of technological solutions, including robotics, AI-powered cameras for quality control and food safety assurance, and warehouse management systems, to enhance operational effectiveness and safety. The development of real-time data and analytics platforms enables the company to proactively monitor operations, detect anomalies early, improve supply chain traceability, and enhance return on investment.
