It must be demonstrated through verifiable processes and endorsed by credible independent bodies. With nearly 50 years in the Vietnamese market and an unbroken commitment to quality, Vinamilk is making its case for premium status through a track record built on international recognition.
Today's consumers are applying greater scrutiny to everything their families eat and drink, and dairy products are no exception. Beyond familiar notions of "clean milk" or "natural milk," shoppers want to understand what is actually in the products they choose, the composition and origin of ingredients, the quality control processes applied, and the certifications issued by independent authorities.
This shift reflects a broader move away from emotional purchasing toward evidence-based decision-making. Brand declarations of being "premium" or "superior" carry diminishing persuasive weight on their own. Transparency across the full value chain, backed by independent verification and international recognition, has become the foundational requirement for building consumer trust and maintaining competitive advantage.
For dairy companies operating in Viet Nam, meeting this standard is no longer optional. Vinamilk has positioned itself as a pioneer in ingredient traceability and supply chain transparency, while actively submitting its products for independent assessment by globally respected organizations.

Vinamilk's quality credentials are substantiated by a series of internationally recognized awards and rankings. According to Brand Finance's Food & Drink 2025 report, Vinamilk is the world's most potential dairy brand in 2025, the fourth time the company has appeared in the top three of that ranking. The company received an AAA+ rating, the highest grade on the brand strength scale, placing it alongside leading dairy brands from India and Finland and ahead of many well-established names from Europe and the United States.
Across multiple consecutive years, products including Vinamilk Green Farm fresh milk, Nine-Grain Milk, and Ong Tho condensed milk have won Gold at the Monde Selection — widely regarded as the Oscar of the food industry. Europe's leading quality assessment organization evaluates products through a rigorous process in which an independent expert panel assesses each product on its own merits rather than on documentation submitted by the applicant company, selecting only those that genuinely meet its highest standards.
Vinamilk's products have also impressed on the sensory dimension of quality. Several of its fresh milk and yogurt lines have received the Superior Taste Award, scored by Michelin-starred chefs and international culinary experts - widely considered one of the most demanding benchmarks for taste and sensory experience in the food industry.
On food safety at the micronutrient level, between 2022 and 2025 two Vinamilk Green Farm products earned certification from the Clean Label Project in the United States, passing stringent testing criteria that include heavy metal screening conducted to standards up to 125 times stricter than current Vietnamese regulations. This certification represents a significant commitment to international safety benchmarks that exceed domestic requirements by a considerable margin.
At the World Dairy Innovation Awards 2025, Vinamilk was recognized in the Best Yogurt category for its Vinamilk Green Farm high-protein yogurt, an acknowledgment of the product's ability to satisfy demanding palates while responding to the growing market trend toward high-protein, multi-texture foods with innovative consumption formats and applied food technology.
Even in specialized forums such as the Growth Asia Summit, Vinamilk Optimum infant formula's six-HMO formulation has drawn attention as a notable case study in applying nutritional science to improve immunity and resilience in young children across the Asian market.

For consumers, professional awards and international rankings serve a practical purpose: they answer concrete questions about how a product was assessed, whether it met independent safety criteria, and which external organizations verified its quality. In a market with abundant choices, Vinamilk's accumulated record of recognition gives consumers a credible reference point beyond advertising when making purchasing decisions.
That is the core value of professional certification and international awards: they translate the abstract language of quality and premium positioning into verifiable information that is directly useful in everyday choice. For an industry being pushed to raise its standards by increasingly informed consumers, that accountability to external scrutiny is what separates genuine quality from the claim of it.
