Rice prices on December 11 domestically

The rice market on December 11 showed a decline in some items but a slight increase in paddy prices.

Paddy prices today (December 11) saw a slight rise. Many localities maintained high levels, with limited supply and slow transactions.

  • Sticky rice Long An 3 months (dried) is priced at VND 9,800 - 10,000/kg; Long An IR 4625 (dried) is priced at VND 9,600 - 9,800/kg;
  • IR 50404 paddy is around VND 7,800 - 8,000/kg; Dai Thom 8 paddy is stable at VND 9,200 - 9,400/kg (up VND 300);
  • OM 5451 paddy is traded at VND 8,600 - 8,800/kg; OM 18 paddy is priced at VND 9,200 - 9,400/kg (up VND 200);
  • OM 380 paddy remains at VND 7,200/kg; Japanese rice paddy remains at VND 7,800 - 8,000/kg;
  • Nang Nhen (dried) paddy is traded at VND 20,000/kg; Nang Hoa 9 paddy is priced at VND 9,200 - 9,400/kg.
  • Meanwhile, rice prices today (December 11) slightly decreased, with limited supply and slow transactions.

At the Sa Dec market, with limited supply, all types of fragrant rice were bought by the warehouse at steady rice prices.

  • The price of IR 504 Summer-Autumn raw material rice is in the range of VND 10,300 - 10,400/kg (up VND 100);
  • The price of IR 504 finished rice is in the range of VND 12,300 - 12,400/kg (up VND 100);
  • Sticky rice is priced at VND 18,000 - 22,000D/kg; Common rice is priced at VND 17,000 - 18,000/kg; Nang Nhen rice is priced at VND 28,000/kg.
  • Fragrant Thai long-grain rice is priced at VND 20,000 - 22,000/kg; Jasmine rice is priced at VND 17,000 - 18,000/kg; Huong Lai rice remains at VND 22,000/kg.
  • Common white rice is purchased at VND 17,500/kg; Nang Hoa rice is priced at VND 21,500/kg; Soc rice usually maintains at VND 18,000 - 18,500/kg; Soc Thai rice is at VND 21,000/kg.
  • Taiwan fragrant rice is priced at VND 21,000/kg; Japanese rice remains at VND 22,000/kg.
  • The price of OM 5451 broken rice is VND 9,000 - 9,100/kg, and the price of dry bran is VND 5,900 - 6,050/kg (up to VND 50).

On the export market, the price of 100% broken rice is $ 405/ton (down $ 5); the price of 5% broken rice is $ 513/ton (down $ 7). The price of 25% broken rice is at $ 480/ton (down $ 5).
