The live pig market in the North continues to rise compared to yesterday.
Specifically, live pig prices in Vinh Phuc and Hanoi are both trading at VND 65,000/kg, after increasing by VND 2,000 and VND 1,000, respectively.
With an additional increase of VND 1,000, traders in Ha Nam and Ninh Binh are now purchasing live pigs at VND 64,000 and VND 63,000/kg, respectively.
Prices in other regions remain unchanged.
Thus, live pig prices in the North on December 12, 2024, are trading at VND 63,000 - 65,000/kg.
The live pig market in the Central and Central Highlands regions remains mostly stable compared to yesterday.
Specifically, the price index in Khanh Hoa increased by VND 1,000, with live pigs now purchased at VND 62,000/kg.
Other regions continue to maintain the same prices as yesterday.
Thus, live pig prices in the Central and Central Highlands regions on December 12, 2024, are being purchased around VND 61,000 - 64,000/kg.
The live pig market in the South shows no new fluctuations compared to yesterday.
Specifically, the price of pigs in Hau Giang, Tien Giang, and Tra Vinh remains at VND 62,000/kg - the lowest in the region.
Traders in Dong Thap, An Giang, Vinh Long, Kien Giang, Ca Mau, and Soc Trang continue to purchase at VND 63,000/kg.
Other regions are seeing prices at VND 64,000/kg - the highest in the region.
