The application of digital technology in agriculture contributes to promoting the restructuring process of the agricultural sector.

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Toan, Director of the Center for Digital Transformation and Agricultural Statistics, shared that digital transformation in the agricultural sector poses a challenge but is also something that we must undertake.

"We build on international experiences while ensuring they are suitable for Vietnam's realities. I also affirm that there has never been such significant attention from various levels of leadership, as well as from the government and the agricultural sector, towards digital transformation in agriculture. In fact, agriculture has been chosen as one of the eight priority areas for digital transformation as directed by the government", Mr. Toan added.
