Live pig prices in the three regions on 10/17/2024
The live pig market in the North has dropped by up to VND 2,000 compared to yesterday.
Specifically, pig prices in Hung Yen, Hai Duong, and Hanoi have fallen to VND 64,000/kg after a decrease of VND 2,000.
Except for Lao Cai, Nam Dinh, Thai Nguyen, and Thai Binh, which remain stable, other localities have seen an additional decline of VND 1,000.
Thus, on 10/17/2024, live pig prices in the North are trading at VND 64,000 - 65,000/kg.
The live pig market in the Central Region and the Highlands is also declining compared to yesterday.
Specifically, after a decrease of VND 2,000, prices in Dak Lak are now at VND 62,000/kg— the lowest in the region.
With an additional drop of VND 1,000, traders in Ha Tinh and Ninh Thuan are both trading at around VND 63,000/kg.
Other localities have maintained the same prices as yesterday.
Thus, on 10/17/2024, live pig prices in the Central Region and the Highlands are trading around VND 62,000 - 64,000/kg.
The live pig market in the South has seen little change compared to yesterday.
In this region, only the prices of Tra Vinh and Ben Tre have decreased by VND 1,000, trading at VND 63,000 and VND 62,000/kg, respectively.
Other localities have maintained the same buying prices as yesterday.
Thus, on 10/17/2024, live pig prices in the South are trading in the range of VND 62,000 - 65,000/kg.
