Immediately after receiving the report, the authorities arrived at the scene, conducted an inspection, completed documentation, and took over the pangolin in accordance with procedures. Initial observations indicate the pangolin weighs approximately 4.5 kg and is in stable condition.
A representative of the authorities said that, after completing the necessary procedures, the pangolin will be transferred to the provincial Wildlife Rescue Center for continued care and monitoring before being considered for release back into nature.
