The project, invested by Dak Nong High-Tech Dairy Farming and Milk Processing Farm Co., Ltd., will be implemented on 451 hectares. Of this, 376 hectares are designated for building a dairy farm system, while the remaining 75 hectares will be used for planting forestry trees to support production activities.
According to the design, the farm will raise 50,000 cows, including 25,000 dairy cows, accompanied by a milk processing system and the production of dairy products under a closed, synchronized, and high-tech production model applied to every stage.
The total investment capital of the project exceeds VND 8,000 billion, of which the investor contributes VND 5,000 billion, with the remainder sourced from credit institutions. The project is set to operate for 48 years, starting from the date the land is allocated or leased by the state. As planned, all procedures must be completed and the project must be operational by 2031.
The establishment of the farm in Quang Son commune, located in the western part of Lam Dong province, is expected to make effective use of local land resources, generate stable employment for the community, and help build a modern, sustainable milk supply chain. Photo: PC.
