Rice prices on November 21 domestically

The rice market on November 21 has remained stable after several days of fluctuating prices.

There were no new changes in the price of rice today (November 21). In various regions, the rice harvest is in full swing, with good demand for fragrant and glutinous rice.

  • Long An 3-month glutinous rice (dried) is priced at VND 9,800 - 10,000/kg. Long An IR 4625 glutinous rice (dried) is priced at VND 9,600 - 9,800/kg.
  • IR 50404 rice is priced at around VND 7,500 - 7,600/kg. Dai Thom 8 rice is priced at VND 8,200 - 8,400/kg.
  • OM 5451 rice is priced at VND 7,500 - 7,600/kg. OM 18 rice is priced at VND 8,400 - 8,600/kg.
  • OM 380 rice holds steady at around VND 6,800 - 7,000/kg. Japanese rice is priced at VND 7,800 - 8,000/kg.
  • Nang Nhen rice (dried) is priced at VND 20,000/kg. Nang Hoa 9 rice remains at VND 8,400 - 8,600/kg.

Similarly, the rice prices today (November 21) have remained unchanged; fragrant rice has a limited supply, with better-quality rice due to favourable weather.

  • IR 504 Summer - Autumn raw rice is priced at VND 10,400 - 10,500/kg. IR 504 finished rice is priced at VND 12,400 - 12,550/kg.
  • Sticky rice is priced at VND 18,000 - 22,000/kg. Regular rice is priced at VND 15,000 - 16,000/kg. Nang Nhen rice is priced at VND 28,000D/kg.
  • Thai fragrant long-grain rice is priced at VND 20,000 - 22,000/kg. Jasmine rice is priced at VND 17,000 - 18,000kg. Huong Lai rice is priced at VND 22,000/kg.
  • Regular white rice is bought at VND 17,500/kg. Nang Hoa rice is priced at VND 21,500/kg. Soc regular rice is priced at VND 18,000 - 18,500/kg. Soc Thai rice is priced at VND 21,000/kg.
  • Taiwanese fragrant rice is priced at VND 21,000/kg. Japanese rice is steady at VND 22,000/kg.
  • OM 5451 broken rice is priced at VND 9,300 - 9,400/kg (up to VND 100), while dry bran is priced at VND 6,000 - 6,100/kg.

On the export market, the price of 100% broken rice is at $ 410/ton (down by $ 13), and the price of 5% broken rice is purchased at $ 518/ton (down by $ 4). The price of 25% broken rice stands at $ 488/ton (down by $ 4).

Thus, the rice prices on November 21, 2024, have shown no new changes compared to yesterday.
