Phuc Sinh Corporation has become the first enterprise in Viet Nam to conduct greenhouse gas inventory across all its pepper and coffee production plant systems. On October 16 in Ho Chi Minh City, Mr. Dang Bui Khue, Certification Director of TUV NORD Viet Nam, awarded the ISO 14064-1:2018 certification to four factories under Phuc Sinh Corporation.

The recognition from TUV NORD Viet Nam marks an important step forward in Phuc Sinh Corporation's sustainable development strategy, affirming its position as a pioneering enterprise in ESG practices within Viet Nam's agricultural sector.
ISO 14064-1:2018 is an international standard issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), providing a framework, methodology, and guidance for quantifying, monitoring, and reporting greenhouse gas emissions at the organizational level. The standard is built on four principles, including relevance, completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
Applying ISO 14064-1 helps businesses measure and manage emissions in a scientific and transparent manner, serving as a critical foundation for developing a genuine emission reduction roadmap and producing reliable ESG reports in line with international standards.
Chairman of Phuc Sinh Corporation Phan Minh Thong shared, "The ISO 14064-1:2018 certification is clear evidence of Phuc Sinh's ESG commitment. Our goal is not only to reduce emissions from production activities but also to move toward zero-emission coffee production and achieve carbon credits in the future. This is both the responsibility and opportunity for Phuc Sinh to contribute to the Net Zero target of Viet Nam and of international communities."
Alongside greenhouse gas inventory, Phuc Sinh continues to invest in renewable energy, optimize production processes, and expand partnerships with farmers under Rainforest Alliance standards. These efforts aim to build a sustainable coffee and pepper supply chain while improving livelihoods for thousands of farmer households in raw material areas such as Son La, Dak Lak, and Dak Nong.
