In the early morning of March 31, 2025, global coffee prices remained notably stable. On the London exchange, Robusta coffee for May delivery stood at $ 5,337/ton, unchanged from the previous session. The July contract also remained steady at $ 5,353/ton.
Similarly, Arabica coffee prices on the New York exchange saw little fluctuation, with the May contract at 379.95 cents/lb and the July contract at 376.40 cents/lb.
Global coffee prices remain stable, and factors such as improving weather conditions in Brazil help ease concerns about drought. However, Robusta coffee stocks at ICE have risen to their highest level in seven weeks, putting pressure on prices.
Domestic coffee prices showed little fluctuation, ranging between VND 131,200 - 132,300/kg. Specifically, coffee prices in the Central Highlands provinces are as follows:

According to the Vietnam Coffee and Cocoa Association, coffee exports in the first quarter of 2025 are estimated to reach approximately $2.8 billion. If prices remain stable at current levels, the total export value for the year could set a new record of $ 8 billion.
Data from the Vietnam Customs Department shows that from the beginning of the year to March 15, Vietnam exported 406,637 tons of coffee, with a turnover of $ 2.28 billion. While the export volume decreased by 18% compared to the same period in 2024, the export value surged by 41%.
