(VAN) Coffee prices on February 21, 2025, saw a sharp decline globally. Domestic coffee prices dropped by VND 1,500, trading at VND 130,700 - 132,000/kg.

On the global market, both the London and New York exchanges saw a sharp decline on February 21.

Robusta prices on the London exchange for March 2025 delivery dropped significantly by $ 115 (2%), settling at $ 5,641/ton. Meanwhile, the May 2025 contract decreased by $91 (1.58%), reaching $ 5,655/ton.

On the New York exchange, Arabica for March 2025 delivery plummeted by 22 cents (5.34%), down to 389.90 cents/lb. The May 2025 contract also dropped sharply by 17.75 cents (4.47%), trading at 379.55 cents/lb.

In Gia Lai province, Chu Prong district is trading at VND 131,800/kg, while Pleiku and La Grai are holding at VND 131,700/kg.

Meanwhile, in Kon Tum, today's coffee purchasing price is VND 131,700/kg.

Thus, the domestic coffee price on February 21, 2025, is trading around VND 130,700 - 132,000/kg.
