The farm adheres to strict regulations set by organic certification organizations in terms of barn design, grazing conditions, feed, cattle health care, and cultivation processes. As a result, it creates final products that meet international quality standards for organic fresh milk.

The farm has held European organic certifications EC834-2007 and EC889-2008 since 2017. It also undergoes annual evaluations by third-party organizations Control Union and Quacert. Notably, it achieved multiple Vietnamese organic standards, including TCVN 11041-1:2017, TCVN 11041-2:2017, TCVN 11041-3:2017, and TCVN 11041-7:2018.

TH Group is a pioneer in developing organic fresh milk. It was the first company in Vietnam to adopt organic farming practices on its herd. Consequently, it established a closed-loop process titled “from pasture to milk glass” with the aim of producing organic fresh milk.

TH Group is managing the largest organic dairy herd in Vietnam, with a total of approximately 1,000 cows. To date, the company has developed a pure organic dairy herd currently in its seventh organic generation. It achieved a daily milk yield of 32.5 liters per cow. Additionally, the company supplies over 3 million liters of raw organic fresh milk annually.

TH Group rears its organic dairy cow herd in compliance with the Europe's '4 No's - 1 Good' organic standards.

The "4 No's" refers to no pesticide and synthetic fertilizer residues, no growth hormones, no antibiotics, and no genetically modified components. The "1 Good" refers to quality veterinary care and ensuring animal welfare, which keeps the cows healthy and productive.

The company feeds its cow herd fresh forage from organic corn and grass. Notably, it cultivates cow feed on nearly 300 hectares of farmland reserved specifically for organic dairy farming.

The farm complies with standards pertaining to the number of cows per land area. Notably, it follows a strict ratio of 2 cows per hectare for mature cows and 4 calves per hectare for young calves.

In addition to fresh and ensiled forage, the cows' diet is supplemented with a mix of vitamins, minerals, and protein, all of which originate from certified organic products.

TH Group utilizes only self-produced organic fertilizers from the farm’s own livestock waste in the process of cultivating feed for organic dairy cows.

Throughout the cultivation of corn and grass for the organic dairy cows, the farm strictly avoids using genetically modified seeds, pesticides, and chemical fertilizers. Alternatively, it relies solely on self-produced organic fertilizers made from the farm’s own livestock waste.

The cows' diet is formulated using advanced software such as Ration all and NDS, tailored to each stage of the cows' development.

With favorable and mild weather conditions, the cattle herd can graze on fields of grass that comply with organic farming practices. This free-range farming practice aims to increase physical activity and boost natural immunity through regular sun exposure. The dairy cows also receive additional sources of fresh green roughage.

Similar to other cattle on the TH farm, organic dairy cows listen to classical music and enjoy a cooling bath before entering the milking parlor. The cows drink clean water filtered through Israel’s advanced Amiad technology.

To monitor and track the health of the herd and protect animal welfare, TH Farm utilizes chips provided by Afimilk (Israel), one of the most advanced technologies in the livestock industry in the present day.

These sensor chips collect data on each cow's daily activities and transfer the information to management computers. This allows the farm to identify when a cow requires health or physiological support and detect mastitis up to four days in advance.

TH Organic Dairy Farm's Deputy Director, Le Van Cao, reported that disease outbreaks are uncommon among the organic dairy cows. Additionally, the amount of medicinal herbs cultivated on the farm is sufficient to treat the herd.

In 2016, the farm received the "Golden Cup for Organic Dairy Farm for Public Health" award from the Vietnam Organic Agriculture Association.

From the farm’s abundant supply of fresh milk, TH Group shaped its well-known brand, TH True MILK Organic fresh milk, and earned the trust of consumers. The company is currently utilizing its fresh product as an ingredient in the TH True MILK Sterilized Milk TOPKID formula.
