Minh Tien Company opened the 1st Coffilia coffee shop in Kuwait

(VAN) On the afternoon of October 24 local time, the first Coffilia coffee shop in Kuwait officially opened at Al-Kout Beach Hotel (Ahmadi province).

This is also the first Vietnamese brand coffee shop present in this Gulf country.

After a period of studying the market and understanding customer psychology, the Coffilia team and Mr. Luai Al-Qattan - a Kuwaiti legal representative - together designed and built a coffee shop based on Coffilia's existing spirit and style, while combining some features of local culture.

Accordingly, the restaurant's architecture not only recreates the rustic image of Vietnam through the conical hats or umbrellas of ethnic minorities, but it also skillfully weaves the patterns and motifs with a Middle Eastern feel specifically designed to suit the tastes of local people.

Present at the opening ceremony, representatives of Minh Tien Group Joint Stock Company - MTG (Minh Tien Group) expressed their joy for realizing the previously set goal - bringing quality Vietnamese coffee products to the world, serving coffee lovers in many different countries and territories, thereby contributing to promoting the country's image to international friends.

As for Mr Luai Al-Qattan, he said he has great faith in the way of business and operation, as well as the premium quality that Coffilia coffee brings. With the circular economy model applied by Minh Tien Group to coffee farming and production, Mr. Luai Al-Qattan assessed, that this is an effective and meaningful model for Kuwait, especially in the context of climate change that is negatively affecting the global supply chain in many industries.

Coming to share the joy with the Coffilia team and Minh Tien Group, Vietnamese Ambassador to Kuwait Ngo Toan Thang expressed his joy at Coffilia's milestone success; at the same time, he wishes Coffilia will achieve favourable business results in the coming time.

The Ambassador also thanked the efforts of the Vietnam Trade Office in Kuwait in supporting the connection of Vietnamese businesses with Kuwaiti traders. Thereby promoting Vietnamese enterprises' activities in understanding and seizing business opportunities in Kuwait outside of the coffee sector.

Coffilia coffee shop at Al-Kout Beach Hotel is the 4th branch in the entire system and the first branch of Coffilia in a foreign market. The store was opened at a time when more and more Kuwaitis were choosing Vietnam as a new tourist destination. Therefore, it is expected to contribute to attracting a large number of potential tourists to the Gulf market to learn more about the country and people of Vietnam.
