Live pork prices

Live pork prices today, August 10, in the Northern market, increase by VND 1,000-2,000 per kilogram in some provinces compared to yesterday.

Specifically, after a VND 1,000 increase, the live pork price is the North’s lowest of VND 52,000 in Tuyen Quang province.

The live pork price in Hung Yen province is the highest of VND 56,000 per kilogram.

Traders in Thai Binh province purchase live pork at VND 55,000 per kilogram, a VND 1,000 increase.

In North Central Coast and Central Highlands, live pork prices today change oppositely compared to yesterday, in the range of VND 53,000-55,000 per kilogram.

With the same increase of VND 2,000 per kilogram, the live pork price is the highest as VND 55,000 per kilogram in Quang Ngai and Binh Dinh provinces.

The live pork price in Quang Tri province increased by VND 1,000 per kilogram, at VND 53,000.

In contrast, in Thanh Hoa province, the live pork price is VND 54,000 per kilogram, after a VND 1,000 decrease.

In the South, live pork prices today change oppositely compared to yesterday, in the range of VND 51,000-54,000 per kilogram.

With the same increase of VND 1,000 per kilogram, live pork prices are in the range of VND 51,000-54,000 per kilogram in Ca Mau, Binh Duong, Soc Trang and Hau Giang provinces.

The live pork price in Bac Lieu province increased by VND 2,000 per kilogram, at VND 52,000.

In contrast, in Dong Nai province, the live pork price is VND 52,000 per kilogram, after a VND 1,000 decrease.

White shrimp prices

In Bac Lieu and Ca Mau provinces, white shrimp prices today, August 10, are stable in most types compared to yesterday, in the range of VND 86,500-217,000, depending on types.

Specifically, the 20 head-sized white shrimp price is VND 197,000-217,000 per kilogram.

The 25 head-sized white shrimp is VND 155,000-160,000 per kilogram.

The 30 head-sized white shrimp is VND 128,000-134,000 per kilogram.

In the past three months, the price of pangasius and breeds has decreased by 30-50% in the Mekong Delta due to the export market facing many difficulties. According to the Vietnam Pangasius Association, in the first two months of the year, pangasius prices were at high about VND 30,000-31,000 per kilogram, but now only VND 20,500-22,500.

In Dong Thap, An Giang, Can Tho and Hau Giang provinces, pangasius prices today, August 10, are VND 21,000-22,000 per kilogram, unchanged compared to yesterday.

Prices for 30-35 head-sized pangasius breeds are VND 19,500-20,000 per kilogram, unchanged compared to yesterday.

Snakehead prices

In Dong Thap, An Giang, and Tra Vinh provinces, snakehead prices today, August 10, are VND 44,000-45,000 per kilogram, unchanged compared to yesterday.

The price for 500-700 head-sized snakehead breeds is VND 200-300 per head, unchanged compared to yesterday.

Red tilapia prices

In Dong Thap, An Giang, Vinh Long and Hau Giang provinces, red tilapia prices today, August 10, are VND 34,000-35,000 per kilogram, unchanged compared to yesterday.

The price for 30-40 head-sized red tilapia breeds is VND 22,000-25,000 per kilogram, unchanged compared to yesterday.

Bronze featherback prices

In Dong Thap, An Giang, Vinh Long and Hau Giang provinces, bronze featherback prices today, August 10, are VND 45,000-46,000 per kilogram.

The price for 200 head-sized bronze featherback breeds is VND 1,600 per head, unchanged compared to yesterday.
