In the North

Live pork prices today, August 1, keep the best in the country compared to last week, decreasing by VND 1,000-2,000 per kilogram.

Specifically, in Bac Giang, Lao Cai, Hung Yen, Phu Tho, Thai Binh, Ha Nam provinces and Hanoi City, live pork prices are in the range of VND 54,000-56,000 per kilogram, after a decrease by VND 1,000-2,000 per kilogram compared to last weekend.

With the same decrease by VND 2,000 per kilogram, in Tuyen Quang, Yen Bai, Nam Dinh, Thai Nguyen, Vinh Phuc and Ninh Binh provinces, live pork prices are from VND 54,000-55,000 per kilogram, after reducing VND 2,000 per kilogram.

In summary, live pork prices today, August 1, 2021, are in the range of VND 54,000-56,000 per kilogram in the North, no much change compared to yesterday.

In the Central

Live pork prices today, August 1, are remain stable this week. Compared with last weekend, live pork prices decrease by VND 1,000-6,000 per kilogram in some provinces.

Specifically, Nghe An province’s traders purchase live pork at VND 56,000 per kilogram, a slight decrease of VND 1,000 per kilogram compared to last weekend.

After reducing VND 2,000-3,000 per kilogram compared to last weekend, traders in Thanh Hoa, Dak Lak, Ha Tinh, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan provinces buy live pork at the price of VND 55,000 per kilogram.

In Quang Tri, Quang Ngai, Thua Thien Hue and Quang Nam provinces, live pork prices are in the range of VND 54,000-55,000 per kilogram, decreasing by VND 4,000-5,000 per kilogram compared to last weekend.

With the largest decrease by VND 6,000 per kilogram in Quang Binh province, live pork prices are VND 53,000 per kilogram.

In summary, live pork prices today, August 1, 2021, are in the range of VND 53,000 per kilogram to VND 56,000 per kilogram in the Central.

In the South

In the South, live pork prices today, August 1, are the lowest in the country, decreasing slightly by VND 1,000-2,000 per kilogram compared to last weekend in some provinces.

In Long An, An Giang, Vinh Long, Can Tho, Kien Giang, Hau Giang provinces, at VND 53,000 per kilogram after decreasing by VND 1,000 per kilogram.

In Dong Thap province, the live pork price keeps the highest at VND 54,000 per kilogram, after reducing VND 2,000 per kilogram compared to last weekend.

Live pork prices are VND 52,000 per kilogram in Binh Phuoc, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Tay Ninh, Vung Tau and Soc Trang provinces and Ho Chi Minh City.
