In order to bring products that are "clean from vegetables, fresh from taste", is a process of "pampering" and meticulous care by the hardworking technicians at WinEco farm. Although the work is hard, but the staffs and employees here are always happy, excited, and enthusiastic about working to maximize the quantity of goods and ensure clean food is brought to consumers.
Every day, the working session of hard-working technicians at the WinEco bell pepper farm starts at 6:00 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m., with a total working hour of 8 hours/day. Even though they are busy at work, the technicians here always have happy smiles on their faces. "Taking care of plants and harvesting fruits and vegetables to bring fresh products to customers, I find every day meaningful" - a technician at WinEco said.
Although workers at WinEco are busy with different tasks, what they have in common is the happy smiles that are always on their faces.
At WinEco farms, there are many production workers from many provinces and cities coming to work. WinEco farms not only provide clean fruit and vegetable products to consumers, but the farms also contribute to improving the lives of ethnic minorities in remote areas.
The "fresh and succulent" fruits are nurtured under the careful care, love and happiness of each WinEco farm technician.
For Ms. Mai - one of the members of the WinEco Lac Duong tomato farm, everyday happiness is being able to personally care for, harvest and watch the "maturity" of the juicy red tomatoes.
WinEco's technicians dedicatedly take care of each lettuce plant.
Delicious, nutritious green lettuce plants are "raised" by the diligence, love and happiness of technicians from WinEco Farm.
Diligent effort, love, happiness for each sprout and in-depth knowledge from technicians along with advanced and modern cultivation and fertilization conditions have created sprouts with a sweet crispy taste, bringing consumers the most nutritious products.
Each seedling is meticulously cared for, ensuring the best growing conditions to bring to customers' "dining tables".
The vegetables are planted and cared for with a closed process and leading advanced agricultural technologies, providing the best growing environment to ensure that they have the highest nutrition.
The growing process at WinEco farm is always automated. According to Ms. Duong - a technician at WinEco farm: "I feel very happy working at WinEco farm. In addition to the extensive experience and professional knowledge of each technician, the work is also supported by automated processes and modern technology. This combination not only helps care and grow crops more scientifically and effectively, but also improves labor productivity, ensuring the best quality products are brought to the 'dining table' of consumers."
Engineers at WinEco farm shared that during the farming process, there is always a technical team constantly monitoring. All stages are done by machine to ensure absolute cleanliness for the tree. In the WinEco "field", each vegetable growing area is surrounded by a greenhouse. Vegetable plants are cared for with an automatic irrigation system and mist spraying to keep them moist. Water for watering plants also meets drinking water standards.
According to the Director of WinEco Lac Duong farm, each staff and member of WinEco farm always uses professional knowledge, experience and gives love and meticulous care to each vegetables and fruits "child" . WinEco always wants to create a high-tech farm that not only bring clean plant varieties with the best quality and nutrition to consumers but also provide the "happiest" working environment for WinEco staffs and employees.
WinEco owns 14 farms spread across the country, providing about 150 types of vegetables and fruits to 3,500 WinMart, WinMart+, and WiN supermarkets. WinEco's fruit and vegetable products all meet VietGAP, Organic and GlobalGAP standards when applying the Japanese self-growing process - a different production process that strictly implements "3 controls" right from the beginning of production and "4 no" at the output of the product.
