Greenfeed honored among top 100 ESG enterprises

Greenfeed was honored in the Top 10 High-Tech Agriculture Green Viet Nam ESG Enterprises (ESG10) and the Top 100 Green Viet Nam ESG Enterprises (ESG100).

Its presence in the ESG10 and ESG100 rankings for two consecutive years has affirmed the sustainable development strategy that Greenfeed has pursued for many years, in which digital transformation and technology serve as the foundation for improving operational efficiency, optimizing resources, and contributing to the Net Zero commitment.

At the same time as the Green Viet Nam ESG Enterprises 2026 ceremony, Greenfeed also achieved two international titles thanks to its sustainable development practices and community responsibilities. At the Asia Responsible Enterprise Awards (AREA) 2026 organized by Enterprise Asia, Greenfeed was honored in the Social Empowerment category for the fourth year with its "Empowering Farmers" program, and received the Green Leadership award for the third consecutive year with its "Green Transformation" program.

Identifying technology as one of the key elements in its sustainable development roadmap, Greenfeed has applied automation solutions in production to optimize processes and reduce energy consumption. Concurrently, the deployment of data management systems helps the enterprise track resource utilization efficiency and emissions in real time.

For Greenfeed, technology not only helps automate production processes but also creates a seamless data system, supporting the measurement of resource use efficiency and tracking emissions in real time. In parallel, the enterprise has stepped up investments in waste treatment technologies, biogas recovery, and resource recycling, contributing to reducing greenhouse gas emissions, improving energy efficiency, and optimizing operational costs.

A representative from Greenfeed shared: “We integrate ESG practices into our long-term growth strategy, in which technology is viewed as an important driver to build a modern agricultural model, improve productivity, efficiently utilize resources, and create a foundation for sustainable development.”

Over the past many years, Greenfeed has step-by-step transitioned its livestock activities from an experience-based management model to data-driven governance. The enterprise has developed a smart agricultural ecosystem, integrating platforms such as DigiFarm, Farm Management System (FMS), and SAP ERP along with data analytics systems, connecting all activities from farms to corporate governance within a unified platform. Information from farms is collected and continuously updated, helping the operational team monitor production status in real time, early detect abnormalities, and make quicker, more accurate decisions.

The application of technology has brought many positive results. The automation rate at multiple stages in livestock activities has reached over 70%, while water consumption has decreased by approximately 13.3% and electricity consumption has dropped by 4-6%. Notably, more than 90% of farm incidents can be detected early through automatic monitoring and warning systems, helping elevate forecasting capacity and minimize risks in livestock operations.

At present, Greenfeed is continuing to research and apply new technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and RFID to accelerate farm digitalization, moving toward detailed management for each individual animal, while enhancing data traceability throughout the development lifecycle.
