Fifteen businesses awarded the title '2022 Vietnam Best Workplaces'

(VAN) For the first time, fifteen Vietnamese businesses have been awarded the title '2022 Vietnam Best Workplaces' by Great Place to Work® - Global Authority on Workplace Culture.

Great Place to Work® - Global Authority on Workplace Culture on May 12 organized an event to launch "2022 Vietnam Best Workplaces" Award. The event was attended by nearly 120 guests, marking the first time such an event has been held in Vietnam.

Vietnamese businesses that have won the title "2022 Vietnam Best Workplaces" were selected based on the criteria equivalent to those of Fortune's annual rankings of top 100 best places to work in America and the world's 25 best workplaces. Fifteen small-sized businesses (firms with fewer than 100 employees) and medium and large-sized businesses (firms with at least 100 employees) in the ranking were voted strictly based on the feedbacks of their employees whose names were not published.  

The title "Best Workplaces"is recognized worldwide and awarded to businesses based on workplace culture of credibility and high performance.  Businesses are assessed using Trust Index© Employee Survey which measures the level of trust the employees have with their employers, their colleagues and their work their workplaces.

To select the list of "2022 Vietnam Best Workplaces", Great Place to Work® analyzed the results of a survey of 21,000 employees working in different industries in Vietnam and their names were protected. They answered 60 survey questions to evaluate the level of building "Great Workplace" for all. The ranking is based on the employee survey from 2021 to the end of the first quarter of 2022.

The results of the survey represented the percentage of employees seeing their companies as "Workplaces for all" and an indicator of their true experience at their workplaces. A "Great Workplace" is defined as a place where employees trust the people they work for, have pride in what they do and experience camaraderie with their colleagues.
