Throughout this historic process, C.P. Vietnam Corporation (C.P. Vietnam), a member of Thailand’s Charoen Pokphand Group, has emerged as one of the pioneering enterprises contributing significant changes in mindset, improving productivity, and enhancing the quality and added value of Vietnamese agricultural products.
With more than three decades operating in Vietnam, C.P. Vietnam has remained steadfast in its development philosophy known as the “Three Benefits for Sustainability,” in which benefits for the nation and for the people are always prioritized above all else. This principle has guided every step of the company’s operations, shaping its commitments to the agricultural sector and to Vietnamese society as a whole.

From its earliest days, the company introduced a closed-loop livestock production model based on the ambition of becoming the “Kitchen of the World”. This model applies advanced and synchronized technologies across all stages, from feed production, breeding, and farming to slaughtering, food processing and final distribution. By implementing strict quality control throughout the value chain, C.P. Vietnam ensures that every product delivered to consumers meets international standards.
The company has continuously strived to bring fresh, safe, and fully traceable products to Vietnamese consumers. Its efforts not only improve food quality and safety but also contribute to raising the efficiency, productivity and competitive capacity of Vietnam’s agricultural sector in the global market.
Today, C.P. Vietnam operates more than 20 factories specializing in feed production and food processing. In addition, thousands of contract farms and associated farms across the country form a large-scale and interconnected production network. Together, they provide stable employment for over 30,000 direct workers and approximately 450,000 indirect workers. These contributions play an important role in modernizing agriculture, enhancing food safety and fostering export growth, thereby helping to build a sustainable agricultural value chain in Vietnam.

Beyond production, C.P. Vietnam actively engages in various community-oriented initiatives, such as supporting residents in natural disaster-affected areas, organizing the “Sharing Tet” program, and accompanying ministries and agencies in social welfare activities. The company also grants scholarships to students and implements numerous environmental protection and greenhouse gas reduction projects at its factories and farms. Each activity reflects C.P. Vietnam’s commitment to social responsibility and the spirit of “Giving back to Vietnam”.
C.P. Vietnam is undergoing a strong transformation aligned with the direction of “Circular economy - Green agriculture - Sustainable growth”, which is also the strategic orientation being promoted by the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment. The company aims to integrate technology and digital transformation across its entire value chain, from breeding and feed production to smart farming, processing and food distribution.
At the same time, C.P. Vietnam has implemented and will continue to implement, solutions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, expand tree planting and enhance environmental protection, all toward achieving the Net Zero target by 2050. These efforts demonstrate the company’s long-term commitment to sustainable development, environmental stewardship and global climate goals.
Guided by the philosophy “Contributing to the nation and people where C.P. operates”, C.P. Vietnam has long regarded Vietnam as its second homeland. This sentiment fuels the company’s continued dedication to innovation, contribution and collaboration for the common good of Vietnamese society.

On its journey toward a green future, C.P. Vietnam affirms its commitment to continuing to accompany the Government, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, and Vietnamese farmers. C.P. Vietnam believes that: “With a spirit of cooperation, creativity and responsibility, Vietnam’s agricultural sector will rise strongly, becoming a true pillar of a green, sustainable and proudly positioned economy, both in the region and around the world”.
During the Ceremony celebrating the 80th anniversary of the Agriculture and Environment sector and the first Patriotic Emulation Congress, held on the morning of November 12 in Hanoi, C.P. Vietnam showcased and served exported chicken products from the CPV Food Binh Phuoc Export Poultry Processing Complex. This event also marks an important milestone, as the company has recently completed the export of 10,000 tons of processed chicken to Japan, one of the world’s most demanding markets.
With its “Farm to kitchen” model, C.P. Vietnam continues to make every effort to bring nutritious, high-quality meals to consumers in Vietnam and around the world.
