Latest coffee prices on the New York and London exchanges.
World coffee prices today increased and decreased in opposite directions. The price stabilized on the London exchange but fell more than 2% on the New York exchange.
The fact that the London exchange stopped trading to celebrate the coronation of King Charles III made Robusta coffee on this exchange stable.
Meanwhile, favorable weather in coffee-harvesting regions in Brazil pushed Arabica coffee on the New York exchange lower, despite low inventories. And this will create conditions for coffee prices on the London exchange to increase when trading returns.
In addition, Bloomberg's comment that Vietnam's Robusta coffee output this year may fall to the lowest level in 4 years will make this coffee product continue to increase in the near future.
They believe that the cause of the decrease in output is the fact that farmers focus more on growing durian while the cash flow is concentrated in real estate.
Thus, the price of coffee today 05/09/2023 in the world market increased and decreased oppositely compared to yesterday.
