The dollar fell on news that the U.S. services sector barely grew in May, as new orders slowed, ending an initial rally on the back of strong job growth.
In addition, the weather in some localities of Brazil is not favourable, making coffee slow to market, and affecting supply.
In May 2023, world coffee prices fluctuated sharply due to the low supply of Robusta coffee in leading producing countries.
Thus, the price of coffee on 06/06/2023 in the world market increased sharply compared to yesterday.

Consequently, it bring the total volume and value of coffee exports in the first 5 months of 2023 to 882,000 tons and $ 2.02 billion, down 2.2% in volume but up 0.2% in value over the same period last year.
