Bel Ga to inaugurate a high-tech poultry incubation factory in Tay Ninh

On the morning of April 17, 2021, Bel Ga Joint Stock Company (Belgium Kingdom), representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Hung Group Nhon, and De Heus Vietnam will hold the inauguration ceremony of Bel Ga Tay Ninh high-tech poultry incubation factory at Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park, An Hoa Ward, Trang Bang Town, Tay Ninh Province.

This is the second high-tech poultry incubation factory established by Bel Ga in Vietnam, after their first one in Lam Dong. The factory has a total investment of VND 200 billion, with an area of ​​15,000m2. The designed capacity is over 19 million chicks per year in stage I, and will expand to 38.4 million chicks per year in stage II.

The main products of this high-tech poultry incubation factory are day-old broilers and day-old hatchlings, as to meet Vietnam and Cambodia demands for poultry breeds.

As a part of the supply chain of clean, sustainable and export-oriented agricultural products, all technologies in the factory are managed by Bel Ga Company and its partners using their information technology system.

Modern production equipment is used, including high-tech embryo interactive egg incubators, carbon dioxide concentration management system in the incubator, and pressure control system, to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of information processing during production.

The one-day chicks for meat and for eggs of Bel Ga Tay Ninh will ensure the highest international standards of Global GAP, through the management and control of biosafety in livestock production, monitoring the quality of hatching eggs, and the maintenance of low stocking densities in broiler farms. All are aimed at optimizing day-old chicks, while ensuring traceability in the entire production chain.

Bel Ga Tay Ninh is a unique production model, with the application of various innovations in construction design and meeting European standards. With more than 80 years of experience, Bel Ga meets the requirements and has been exporting clean chicken to the Japanese market - one of the most demanding markets in the world.

Bel Ga Vietnam was established in 2013, and currently owns 4 chicken hatcheries and 2 high-tech incubation factories.

Mr. Kris Van Daele, General Director of Bel Ga Vietnam and Cambodia reckoned that the new factory will prevent long-distance transport which helps reduce stress in the chicks. It now takes only 4-5 hours for shipments to Mekong Delta, and 1 hour to Cambodia.

In addition, the chicks can be transported by air to the North of Vietnam, via Ho Chi Minh City.

Soon, Bel Ga will go to Tan Hoi Commune, Tan Chau District and Phuoc Binh Commune, Trang Bang District to continue building a high-tech agricultural complex including two brood chicken farms with a capacity of 25 million eggs per year, 250 safe broiler farms with a capacity of 25 million broilers per year.

Besides, there will be a closed-chain complex for producing and processing high quality agricultural products. The total investment for these projects is expected to be about US$ 141.5 million. Once completed, the project can create job opportunities for about 350-500 local workers.

On the morning of April 17, Bel Ga Company and its partners will contribute VND 500 million to the Covid Prevention Fund of Tay Ninh Province, an ambulance worth VND 1 billion to the Tay Ninh Young Business Association, and VND 300 million to Fund for the poor in Trang Bang District.
