The 18th International Chemical Industry Exhibition in Vietnam - VINACHEM EXPO 2023 - gathers more than 350 booths of 300 Vietnamese and international units.

New and most advanced technologies, products, raw materials and accessories in the fields of agro-pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, industrial chemicals, industrial wastewater treatment, food technology, and agricultural machinery... will be held and displayed at the event.

The organizers said that this time VINACHEM EXPO brings together the largest number of booths ever. This is an opportunity for domestic and international businesses to strengthen their marketing, contributing to helping international investors understand the needs and information about the investment situation in Vietnam. It will contribute to gradually reducing the intermediary stages, and maximize business efficiency.

Through the exhibition, domestic enterprises will be more aware of concentrating resources on technological innovation, improving competitiveness, quality specifications, quality, prices, and diversifying products. At the same time, sustainable commercial and cooperative relations will be created before, during and after the event, successfully implementing the country's socio-economic development strategy in the new period.

In order to create opportunities for investors, businesses and professionals to contact each other, the organizers will organize many specialized seminars on the market chemical industry, paint and coating materials, fertilizers, pesticides, and trade meetings during the 3 days of the exhibition.

Within the framework of VINACHEM EXPO 2023, the Organizing Committee also introduced the topic "The 15th International Exhibition of Paints and Coatings - VINA COATINGS 2023". This is a space to display materials of special chemical additives for paint and ink industries, paint raw materials, adhesive additives, waterproofing agents, paint industry machinery and equipment, and spray paint...

According to the development plan for the production of basic chemical products in Vietnam to 2025, with a vision to 2035, large-scale chemical projects will be prioritized for resources. On the basis of efficient use of advantageous raw materials such as apatite, sulfur and raw materials from oil refining, natural gas... The projects of deep processing of raw materials will be arranged and implemented as soon as possible.

In addition, products such as yellow phosphorus, and industrial-grade phosphoric acid... will also be considered to reduce export quotas. High-tech chemical products, pure chemicals... serving a number of economic and technical industries such as pharmaceuticals and foodstuffs are also interested in infrastructure investment.

By 2025, the domestic chemical industry will meet 80-90% of the demand for common inorganic chemicals, including caustic soda, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, and ammonia. In addition, it is 17 - 20% of the total demand for some organic chemical products such as MEG, PTA, DOP, VCM, LAB, LAS, and Methanol...
