Vinachem and Vingroup sign a memorandum of understanding

This MOU signing ceremony not only opens up great opportunities and potential in strategic cooperation between two domestic leading corporations but also promotes the sustainable development of both sides to strongly promote the goal of green transformation and sustainable development. Thereby accompanying in elevating the Vietnamese brand in the international market.

According to the memorandum of understanding, Vinachem and Vingroup commit to closely cooperating in many fields, from prioritizing the use of each other's services to jointly developing potential projects.

This cooperation will help promote the development of potential projects for both Vinachem and Vingroup, bringing benefits to the country and jointly researching and collaborating to accompany, develop together, and expand into the international market.

To put the MOU into practice, Vinachem's member units have researched and developed specialized product lines to meet technical requirements, ensuring optimal operating efficiency for Vingroup's products.

Ms. Le Thi Thu Thuy, Vice President of Vingroup, said, "The cooperation agreement between Vingroup and Vinachem is the evidence for the strategic vision of the two corporations in contributing to building a green, modern, and integrated Vietnam. Vingroup and Vinachem, with their separate strengths, will complement each other and together create new values for the ecosystems of both sides, thereby contributing to building a sustainable economy in the new era."

Mr. Phung Quang Hiep, Chairman of the Board of Members of Vietnam National Chemical Group, believes that the cooperation between Vinachem and Vingroup not only helps maximize internal strengths but also opens up opportunities to improve production, research, and development capacities of both sides.

At the same time, this cooperation will create new values for the domestic supply chain, helping to improve the competitiveness of Vietnamese products in the international market. This is a clear proof of the common commitment of the two corporations in building a modern industry towards sustainable and environmentally friendly development.
