Nguyen Thi Khanh, Chairwoman of the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Association, said that following the success of the previous two festivals, the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Association will organize the 3rd Vietnam Bread Festival with the theme "Crispy and Delicious Bread - Rich in coffee flavor", with the message "Vietnamese bread, world culinary value - reaching out to five continents".
In particular, visitors can participate for free and enjoy exquisite dishes made from bread and coffee, two specialties closely associated with Vietnamese culinary culture.
This year's festival has expanded in scale with the participation of 150 - 180 booths, expected to attract more than 150,000 domestic and foreign visitors.
"This is a great opportunity for visitors to explore not only traditional sandwiches but also new creations, demonstrating the diversity and development of this national dish," said the Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Association.
Visitors will have the opportunity to interact and learn from bakers, chefs, and food lovers. Activities such as making sandwiches and enjoying sandwiches with coffee will be highlights that will not be missed.
In addition, a fascinating exhibition area introduces the formation and development of Vietnamese sandwiches through the ages, from classic sandwiches to modern variations, so that domestic and foreign visitors can better understand Vietnamese sandwiches.

The event will introduce 100 seafood side dishes displayed on a boat, symbolizing the journey of Vietnamese bread to the sea.
Also, at the event, strategic cooperation agreements will be signed, including the participation of the Center for Research, Conservation and Development of Vietnamese Cuisine, the Vietnam Bakers Association, and international partners such as Pho HaNoi San Jose Harry Nguyen, CEO from California (USA).
According to the Organizing Committee, up to now, 52 units have registered to participate in the Festival with 81 booths.
The organizers also committed to ensuring food safety and hygiene for all dishes served at the festival. In particular, inspection and supervision will be strictly implemented throughout the 4 days of the festival in coordination with the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Food Safety to ensure food quality. In addition, security, order, and fire prevention will also be given special attention, helping visitors enjoy the event with complete peace of mind.
