On May 20, according to information from Cau Ke Wax Coconut Processing Co., Ltd (Vicosap), they have just received the certificate of record-setting from the Vietnam Record Association. This recognized them as "The systemized deep processes Macapuno unit with the most product lines, serving consumption and export, contributes to improving the value of Cau Ke - Tra Vinh Macapuno specialties".
According to Mr. Tran Duy Linh, Director of Cau Ke Wax Coconut Processing Co., Ltd, currently, from Macapuno, the company has processed 9 product lines. They are Macapuno candy, Macapuno fiber, crispy desiccated Macapuno, crispy Macapuno yogurt, Macapuno nutrition cake, Macapuno yogurt, and vacuum Macapuno with 40 products (SKU). In addition, the company also owns many recipes for food and drinks from Macapuno.
Most recently, the company has just developed two products: Vicosap nutrition cake and Macapuno drink yogurt. Nutritional cake from Macapuno is combined with natural vegetables, tubers, and fruits such as pumpkin, sweet potato, or banana.

Vicosap nutrition cake helps to supplement necessary nutrients for children such as calcium, potassium, iron, and other vitamins to help build strong bones and increase the immune system of children. In particular, the product composition contains a high percentage of Macapuno (70%). Vicosap nutrition cake is rich in fat that is beneficial for the baby's brain and physical development. The cake is beneficial for children over 9 months old, the elderly, and vegetarians.
Particularly, Macapuno yogurt is a unique product. It is naturally fermented from waxy coconut to help provide energy, supplements beneficial bacteria, and natural fiber and minerals such as calcium, potassium, and iron. In the first month of launch, the two product lines were loved by consumers and tens of thousands of products were sold.
In particular, recently, Vicosap's coconut wax product has been recognized as a 5-star OCOP product by the Central OCOP product classification and evaluation council. This is one of 19 5-star OCOP products recognized by the council this time.
