Implementing the One Commune One Product (OCOP) Program, up to now Hoa Binh province has had 158 OCOP products achieving 3 stars or higher, 32 OCOP products with 4 stars and 124 OCOP products with 3 stars.

OCOP products of Hoa Binh province focus mainly on specific product groups, strengths of the province, trusted by domestic and international customers such as: Cao Phong orange, Tan Lac red grapefruit, processed products from bamboo shoots, Bat Do bamboo shoots... Along with that are products belonging to the medicinal group such as turmeric starch, lemon peach honey tea, and ethnic brocade.

According to the OCOP Program of Hoa Binh province for the period 2021 - 2030, in terms of product development, Hoa Binh province aims to standardize an additional 160 products, striving for a total number of standardized products by 2030 of 210 products. Moreover, Developing at least 100 more new economic organizations, upgrading 40 - 50 organizations that have participated in the OCOP Program.

In 2024, Hoa Binh province aims to build 16 OCOP products with 3 stars or higher, continuing to develop OCOP product introduction and sales points in the province. In particular, promote and encourage movements of women and young intellectuals to actively research and develop new, specific OCOP products associated with the locality; Deploy a number of models to preserve and promote the role of traditional craft villages associated with OCOP product development.

Recently, at the Exhibition of Typical Rural Industrial Products in the Northern Region - Hanoi in 2024 and awarded certificates of typical rural industrial products at the regional level for 126 products and product sets, Hoa province Binh has 3 products, a set of products certified as typical rural industrial products, including: Linh Duoc Son Panax notoginseng tea of ​​ELIPHA Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (Tan Thinh ward, Hoa Binh city); Pa Co Shan Tuyet tea from Phuong Huyen Co., Ltd. (Tan Thinh ward, Hoa Binh city) and the product set of Solanum procumbens extract and Tuyet Nhi black galangal extract from Tuyet Nhi Cooperative (Dong Bon village, Cao Duong commune, Luong Son district).

The above products are all typical OCOP products of Hoa Binh province that have achieved 4-star certification and achieved certification of typical rural industrial products of Hoa Binh province in 2023.
