On the morning of November 6, assigned by the Prime Minister, on behalf of the Government, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang presented the Summary report Summarizing the implementation of the National Assembly's resolutions on Topical supervision and questioning during the 15th term and a number of resolutions during the 14th term.

According to the Deputy Prime Minister, in areas such as industry and trade, agriculture and rural development; Transportation; building; resources and environment, The Government and Prime Minister have priortized the focus on completing and promulgating the National Energy Master Plan and National Electricity Development Plan.

Strongly develop the domestic agriculture market associated with expanding and diversifying the international market, improving product quality, and effectively exploiting signed Free Trade Agreements (FTAs); at the same time, promote negotiations and signing of new FTAs; support businesses to improve capacity and invest in global supply chains.

At the same time, proactively deploy many solutions to develop commodity agriculture, large scale, high efficiency; Agricultural export turnover of the agricultural sector in the first 10 months of 2023 reaches $ 43.08 billion, and trade surplus is $ 9.3 billion. It is expected that production at the end of 2023 will reach 43 million tons of rice, making an important contribution to ensuring national food security, major balancing factors and macroeconomic stability.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang affirmed that in recent times, the Government and Prime Minister have focused on directing ministries, branches and localities to seriously implement the National Assembly's Resolution on thematic supervision and questioning. It achieved many positive results, contributing to the effective implementation of set socio-economic development goals and tasks.

In particular, many tasks have been completed, creating positive changes in all fields and a number of regular, long-term tasks are being implemented drastically. However, some implementation tasks are still slow and have not met the set requirements due to many objective and subjective reasons and require more time to complete.

In the coming time, the Government and Prime Minister will focus on directing ministries, branches and localities to put more effort into implementing the National Assembly's Resolutions on thematic supervision and questioning.

The Government and the Prime Minister respectfully request and hope to continue receiving the attention, companionship, support and supervision of the National Assembly, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, people's organizations, National Assembly delegates and compatriots, and voters nationwide. This will serve them to achieve the highest goals and tasks planned for 2023, contributing to the successful implementation of the 5-year socio-economic development task of 2021 - 2025 according to the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress and the Resolution of the National Assembly.​​
