On the afternoon of September 17, Chairman of the Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan awarded the investment registration certificate for the cold-dried instant coffee production plant project to Food Empire Holdings Group (Singapore). The total registered investment capital for the project is over VND 2,002 billion, equivalent to USD 80.74 million, with a processing capacity of 5,400 tons of products per year. The project will begin construction in the third quarter of 2024 and is expected to be completed and operational by early 2028. The project’s operational term is 46 years from the date the investment registration certificate is issued.

According to Mr. Tang Wang Cheow, Chairman of Food Empire Holdings, the Group specializes in the production of beverages, instant coffee, confectionery, and convenience foods, with products sold in 60 countries.
