The message was sent to Ministers of Industry and Trade, Agriculture and Rural Development, Public Security, Transport, and Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam. The publication writes:

Some online media have reported that some cashew nut exporters may have lost millions of dollars.

Regarding the issue, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh asked Ministers of Industry and Trade, Agriculture and Rural Development, Public Security, Transport and Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam urgently cooperate with Vietnam Cashew Association and relevant units and agencies to check and clarify the causes to take proper measures and assistance under their authority to ensure the lawful and legitimate interests of people and businesses in accordance with domestic and international regulation. They are required to timely report to the Prime Minister about issues and blockages beyond their competence.

Previously, The Vietnam Cashew Association (VINACAS), on March 10, sent a dispatch to Prime Minister concerning that certain enterprises may have been defrauded when exporting commodities to Italia. Accordingly, Vietnamese cashew producers are facing the possibility of losing 36 containers of cashew nuts that have been arriving at Italian ports.

In the document, VINACAS urgently noticed and urged Prime Minister to order relevant Ministries, departments, and Interpol Vietnam to work closely to provide the best assistance for enterprises.
