At the event, farmers participated in links with Loc Troi Group Joint Stock Company (Loc Troi Group) through cooperatives received the using, operating and preserving techniques of combine harvesters and threshing machines (machines carrying rice in the field) from engineers of Loc Troi Group, directly on the linked field.
Farmers are able to practice on their own fields to ensure safety, increase labor efficiency, reduce harvest time, reduce post-harvest losses, reduce costs, increase economic efficiency, and increase profits for farmers.
This is an event in the series of events linking the production of 2 million tons of rice between Loc Troi Group and the Union of Cooperatives in Thoai Son district, An Giang province.
In the winter-spring rice crop 2021 - 2022, Loc Troi donated 123 agricultural machineries valuing over VND100 billion to An Giang farmers linked with Loc Troi Group. Photo: Le Hoang Vu.
With 123 agricultural machines valuing over VND100 billion that Loc Troi Group has given to farmers associated with Loc Troi Group through agricultural cooperatives (including 63 combine harvesters, 36 plowing machines, 14 rice threshing machines, 10 straw rolling machines), advantages will be created for farmers and cooperatives organizing the crop season proactively through the profitable rice production linkage model Loc Troi 123 that Loc Troi Group, Loc Troi Agricultural Service Co., Ltd and the Union of Cooperatives in Thoai Son district (An Giang) jointly implemented in the district.
This will contribute to the increasing competitiveness of Vietnamese rice grains in the international market.
