Summer grain production totaled 145.8 million tonnes, an increase of 2.97 million tonnes from last year, the NBS said.
The output of wheat harvested this summer totaled 134.3 million tonnes, up 2 percent from that in 2020.
The planting area of summer grain reversed from a declining trend to witness growth, while per unit yield also increased, according to the NBS.
