When it comes to innovation in Vietnam’s organic coffee industry, it is impossible not to mention entrepreneur and scientist Le Van Vuong, Director of Vuong Thanh Cong Production and Trading Co., Ltd. He is the first in the world to research and successfully produce coffee flower tea – a groundbreaking product that blends science, culture, and health.

Born in Thanh Hoa and raised amidst the mountains and forests of Dak Lak, Le Van Vuong developed a deep bond with nature and coffee, the soul of the Central Highlands. With a profound love for this land, he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey with a dedication to honoring local values, preserving the ecosystem, and developing agricultural products in a sustainable direction.
For nearly 20 years, he has steadfastly pursued the philosophy of “returning purity to nature” in every coffee bean. As one of the pioneers in organic coffee, he built a closed production process “from farm to cup”, prioritizing consumer health and environmental protection. His products, especially coffee flower tea, have helped bring Vietnamese coffee to the international market through a humane and sustainable approach.

Not stopping at his role as an entrepreneur, Le Van Vuong is also a true scientist, dedicating thousands of hours to research. He was the first to discover and harness the medicinal value of organic coffee flowers, a part once overlooked in the production chain. By combining modern technology with traditional Oriental medicine, he created coffee flower tea, a natural herbal tea with a delicate, pure flavor and rich medicinal properties.
Beyond creating a symbolic product, Le Van Vuong has helped shape a new tea-drinking culture for both Vietnamese people and international friends. Coffee flower tea has made its mark at numerous domestic and international fairs and exhibitions, serving as a bridge for Vietnamese coffee to affirm its position in the global agricultural market.
His vision goes beyond profit or personal fame. He remains committed to accompanying farmers, supporting startups, and sharing knowledge and experience so that the community can grow together. He is a vivid example of a new generation of agricultural entrepreneurs: dedicated, innovative, and service-driven, helping Vietnamese agricultural products reach the world through an ethical and sustainable path.
