Delegates also explored three strategic pillars for building new, sustainable agricultural value chains: restructuring value chains through innovation and digitalization, mobilizing green finance as the foundation for a sustainable agricultural ecosystem, and leveraging agri-tech and food-tech innovations to enhance the international competitiveness of Vietnamese produce.

Dang Huynh Uc My, Chairwoman of TTC AgriS, described the summit as a springboard for practical, long-term solutions that will help reposition the value of Vietnamese agricultural products and strengthen the country’s proactive and leading role in the global agricultural value chain.

She said the event demonstrated the business community’s determination to foster an innovation-driven ecosystem that balances productivity, sustainability, and social responsibility. “TTC AgriS is not moving forward alone,” she stressed. “We believe Vietnam’s agriculture can only truly break through and reach the global stage when all five pillars work together, driven by AgTech, FoodTech, and FinTech.”

Nguyen Minh Lam, Vice Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial People’s Committee, noted that while Tay Ninh is developing its industrial, trade, and service sectors, agriculture remains a cornerstone of its sustainable socio-economic strategy.

He reaffirmed Tay Ninh’s commitment to supporting circular agricultural development, adopting modern and integrated practices, and promoting efficient, green, and sustainable production models.

The province’s strategy aligns closely with four key resolutions of the Politburo: Resolution 57 on advancing science, technology, and innovation; Resolution 59 on deep international integration; Resolution 68 on private sector development; and Resolution 66 on comprehensive reform of lawmaking and enforcement.

During the summit, TTC AgriS signed strategic cooperation agreements with representatives from all five pillars to advance Vietnamese agriculture toward a greener, smarter, and more sustainable future.

The event concluded with a strong consensus among all five pillars on a vision for modern, circular, and sustainable agricultural development in Vietnam.
