According to the Agency of Foreign Trade (Ministry of Industry and Trade), citing data from Viet Nam Customs, Viet Nam's coffee exports in the first 15 days of August 2026 reached 61,200 tons worth USD 266.1 million, up 46.8% in volume and 18.1% in value compared with the same period in 2025.
For the year to date through August 15, 2026, Viet Nam's coffee exports totaled 1.26 million tons worth USD 5.72 billion, up 12% in volume but down 10% in value compared with the same period last year.

In late August 2026, global coffee prices moved in different directions: Robusta prices fell while Arabica prices rose compared with early August, with Robusta declining on improving supply prospects. Global production for the 2025-2026 crop year is forecast to rise 6%, reaching its highest level in four years.
In the closing days of August, domestic coffee prices fell in line with the adjustment in global Robusta prices, with slow selling activity and weak buying demand adding further pressure. Coffee prices in Dak Lak, Lam Dong, Gia Lai, and Dak Nong provinces on August 27, 2026 fell by VND 500 per kg compared with August 1, ranging from VND 95,700-96,500 per kg depending on the region surveyed.
The Viet Nam Coffee-Cocoa Association (Vicofa) said Viet Nam's coffee exports are expected to remain strong through the final months of 2026, with full-year volume projected to rise roughly 8-10% compared with 2025, supported by improving supply as the new harvest begins in late November 2026. Viet Nam's coffee industry closed the 2024-2025 crop year with production of more than 1.7 million tons and record export revenue of USD 8.4 billion.
