The groundbreaking ceremony of the TH clean food processing plant in Ho Chi Minh City takes place at a time when Vietnam’s food industry structure is entering a fundamental phase of restructuring.

As factors such as logistics costs, quality standards, and traceability requirements increasingly become prerequisites, large-scale processing centers play a pivotal role in the value chain.
In Vietnam, Decision No. 309/QĐ-TTg issued by the Prime Minister outlines the Sustainable Dairy Development Strategy to 2045, with a focus on building a complete value chain from herd development and increasing fresh milk production to deep processing and the commercialization of high-value products. Within this trajectory, TH Group is marking a significant milestone on its journey toward advancing public health.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Labor Hero Thai Huong emphasized the Group’s guiding development philosophy: “Vietnamese intelligence, Vietnamese natural resources, and world-class end-to-end technology.” This is described as “a formula for TH to fully leverage its internal strengths.”
This approach has been materialized through a systematic investment chain "from grass to table" linking farms, processing, and distribution.
The launch of the clean food processing plant in Ho Chi Minh City therefore represents the completion of a long-prepared model, where precision agriculture, processing industry, and modern distribution systems are integrated into a unified whole.
The factory is located in Song Than 3 Industrial Park, a strategic position with direct connectivity to the entire logistics network of the Southeast region. The distance between production and consumption is significantly shortened, thereby optimizing operating costs and accelerating product delivery to market. This is particularly crucial for fresh and high-value food product lines.

In its current development strategy, Ho Chi Minh City is shifting strongly from broad-based investment attraction toward selecting projects with high technological content, environmental friendliness, and the potential to generate value-chain spillovers.
Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, Nguyen Van Duoc, assessed that the TH clean food processing plant represents a new step forward in the company’s long-term development strategy, while also serving as an important component of the entire southern key economic region.
With a large population, rapid urbanization, and continuously rising consumption demand, Ho Chi Minh City requires a stable supply of high-quality food. The emergence of a large-scale processing project such as the TH Binh Duong Clean Food Processing Plant directly contributes to stabilizing the market, prices, and improving nutritional quality for residents.
In addition, the project creates significant pull effects on raw material regions, especially the Central Highlands and neighboring provinces, where TH Group’s farm system has been systematically developed. This linkage forms a wide-spread value chain, from farmers to modern distribution systems, enhancing agricultural value and creating sustainable livelihoods.
The TH Binh Duong plant covers an area of 10 hectares with a capacity of nearly 1 million tons of products per year. It features advanced technologies such as AI and comprehensive digital economy applications in management and operations to optimize efficiency.
At its core, the project lies in its closed-loop operation capability, directly connecting a clean fresh milk supply from its farm system with a modern processing line.

At the same time, the integration of circular economy principles and environmental treatment solutions right from the design stage demonstrates the company’s strong commitment to green growth. This has also become an increasingly important criterion in Ho Chi Minh City’s investment attraction strategy, where projects are evaluated not only for economic efficiency but also for their long-term environmental and social impacts.
For TH Group, each product from the TH Binh Duong Clean Food Processing Plant carries not only nutritional value but also embodies a consistent development philosophy, which is the convergence of resources, technology, and responsibility toward the community. The project therefore goes beyond a standalone investment, becoming a milestone that contributes to reshaping Vietnam’s food industry toward greater transparency, sustainability, and higher added value.
Through this, the role of TH Group is more clearly affirmed than ever as a pioneering enterprise leading trends, pursuing a consistent sustainable development strategy, backed by a long-term vision and the capacity to translate macro-level orientations into practical models with strong market-wide impact.
