Meanwhile, the Association of Natural Rubber Producing Countries (ANRPC) forecasts that In.8% in 2026, while consumption is expected to increase by around 1%. Tdonesia's natural rubber production will decline by approximately 0he country's rubber industry continues to face numerous challenges, including aging plantations, leaf fall disease, low productivity, and the conversion of rubber-growing land to higher-value crops. However, demand from the electric vehicle industry and rubber component manufacturing is expected to provide support for the processing sector.

On the demand side, the market outlook remains subdued as the European Union has imposed anti-dumping duties on tire imports from China, while China's slowing economic growth and continued decline in automobile sales have weighed on demand.
