The People's Committee of Hue City has issued a formal decision granting Growmax Hue Co., Ltd. a land lease to carry out the project.
Under the agreement, the company will lease approximately 481,990 square meters, nearly 48.2 hectares, for a term of 50 years from the date of signing. The lease is structured as a lump-sum payment covering the full duration, in accordance with current state land policy.
The site is located in Phong Phu Ward, with boundaries defined by a cadastral map at a scale of 1:2,000, prepared and approved by the relevant technical authority. Land use rights were allocated through a competitive auction process under the provisions of the 2024 Land Law.

The Hue City People's Committee has tasked the Department of Agriculture and Environment with signing the lease agreement, overseeing the formal handover of the land on-site, and completing the procedures for issuing a land use rights certificate once the company has fulfilled all required financial obligations.
The Department of Finance has been assigned to monitor and supervise the project's implementation progress.
Growmax Hue Co., Ltd. is required to use the land strictly for its designated purpose, develop the project in accordance with the approved scope and timeline, and comply fully with applicable laws governing land use, investment, construction, and environmental protection.
The high-tech super-intensive shrimp farming complex is expected to represent a breakthrough for Hue's aquaculture industry, opening a path toward modern, sustainable, and environmentally responsible agricultural development while improving land-use efficiency across the city.
