Food and beverage businesses from 27 countries showcasing their products in Ho Chi Minh city

The 12th International Exhibition on Food & Beverage, Bakery Equipment, Restaurants, Hotels, and Hospitality Supplies (Food & Hotel Vietnam 2024), is organized by Informa Markets Vietnam. The event will take place from March 19 to March 21 at SECC, District 7, Ho Chi Minh city. It is expected to attract over 17,000 visitors in the industry.

At the event, importers, distributors, retailers, and hospitality businesses in Vietnam have the opportunity to explore and connect with international brands. The exhibition will feature a wide range of products including bread, pastries & ice cream; tea, coffee; food & beverages; food service & hotel equipment; food, packaging, and disposable product technology; hotel industry technology; wine, spirits, alcoholic beverages, and other industrial services.

Mr. Ben Wong, General Director of Informa Markets Vietnam, emphasized that sustainable nutrition for an increasing population is one of the industry's essential goals. Furthermore, significant changes within the operation of the food and hospitality sectors are expected in the future.

In addition to exhibition spaces, Food & Hotel Vietnam 2024 hosts various competitions such as the Vietnam Talented Chef competition, the bartending competition, and the first coffee tasting competition in Vietnam. Young talents, the future creators of modern cuisine and mixology, will have the opportunity to be recognized, challenged, and awarded. Moreover, the event provides updates on the latest information and trends in the culinary and mixology industry.

As participants of the event, businesses from the United States bring a variety of agricultural products and specialty foods such as potatoes, beef, cheese, etc., with large-scale booths. According to Ms. Susan Burns, the Consul General of the United States in Ho Chi Minh city, Food & Hotel Vietnam 2024 contributes to the development of agricultural trade between Vietnam and the United States, bringing increasing prosperity to farmers and rural communities, and allowing both countries to share culinary cultures on both a bilateral and global scale.
